Honestly, Ware's injury obviously boosted Hunt's value in the short term. Long term, it could help or hurt his value, depending on how "ready" he is to be productive in the NFL right now. Teams are not typically very patient with young RBs, nor do they tend to get many second chances if they fail miserably on their first chance.

Sigh, Spencer Ware. Right after I begrudgingly signed him too. I almost kicked him back into the pool, but it was cheap enough to make it enticing for someone slated to be a starter. I felt the Ware hate and Hunt hype was going too far.
I think Hunt will be solid and potentially very good, but I think the hype train is seriously out of control on him. I'm seeing him go as high as the 3rd round in redraft leagues and fantasy analysts ranking him in their top 30 overall players. He's going to get work now with the injury, but he's going ahead of proven guys who I would much rather have in a redraft league.
Obviously for this league he's a great pick given our format and his potential. I just laugh when I see a guy's value get so inflated before we've seen anything from him. Meanwhile, I scoop up value left and right as everyone drools over the new shiny rookie.

I took him in two yahoo drafts last night and today in the 7th round. Great value I think. One guy has sent me 4 trade offers trying to get him.

Haha, nah, I haven't even watched him or read anything about him to be honest. I just don't think the Ware injury vastly changes his dynasty value as a farm player.

Already have some pick remorse. I debated Hunt or Ross big time. Went with Ross. Ware injury makes Hunt a great pick Also, wish I took the CHI TE. He looks good. Shaheed is his name, I think It's Shaheen, and it was a total homer pick. I would never have known about him if he wasn't on Da Bears.
